Frequently asked questions
Who can access F13?
Individual young adults, schools, alumni organisations, sporting clubs and community groups who want school transition and wellbeing support.
What is the purpose of F13?
F13 is for young adults transitioning out of Secondary School, that could be School→University, School→Work, School→Tafe, School→Alumni. It gives members guidance, structure and connection with a proactive, wellbeing model.
Do you do one-off talks?
Yes, but the best outcomes usually come from a series or an embedded model with ongoing touchpoints over time.
Can you tailor content for our club/school?
Yes. Everything is adapted to your context, audience, and calendar.
Is this only for people who need support?
No.
F13 is about preparation, growth and capability, not just crisis. Many members are doing well, but want connection, guidance and direction beyond their current environment.
What makes F13 different from a one-off discussion or wellbeing talk?
F13 focuses on continuity: before, during and after school transition, consistent messaging, familiar faces, follow-up and review.
This helps support to actually stick, rather than fade once a session ends.
What kind of support does F13 provide?
F13 provides wellbeing, transition and development support — helping people navigate change, build capability, and stay connected.
This includes education, structured check-ins, mentoring pathways, and clear referral options when additional support is needed.
